Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, once you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after the order has already been
placed.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs may differ depending on the country. You will be able to
see the total amount of your shipping costs during check-out. In the
Netherlands, orders starting from € 75,- will be shipped for free. In Europe free
shipping be possible at € 125,-. And orders for the rest of the world will have
free shipping, starting at € 250,-.

What is the delivery time for my order?

We will do our absolute best to ensure the package is shipped withing 2
business days. The packages are sent from the Netherlands. The shipping
time abroad will take a little longer.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

You will find this in the shipping information in your email.

Returns

Within what timeframe can I return my order?

You can return it within 14 days of receival. After 14 days this period will
expire, therefore finalizing the purchase agreement.

How can I return my order?

Products must be returned in their original state, including tags and labels. The product must not contain any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items, if it is suspected that the items have already been used, or damaged to no fault of our own.

 

Pack the products in their original packaging. The costs of returning are always for the buyer.

I have received a defective or wrong product. What should I do?

How unfortunate that you have received a defective or wrong product. We
apologize for the inconvenience. You can send an email to
info@yourdailylabel.com so we can look for a solution.

How long will it take to get my money back?

The money will be in your account within a few business days, depending on
your bank and the payment method used when ordering.

I have returned my product, but haven’t received my money yet. What should I do?

Has your money not been transferred into your bank account within a week?
Mail us at info@yourdailylabel.com and we will check it out for you.
